COVID-19 Guidelines

Expectations

Weekly survey due at 1st class of the week for students attending. Statements of not sending child ill with symptoms I.E. Fever, cold, etc……. Keep at home if anyone at home is showing signs or has traveled to other area currently on nys governor quaratine listing.
  • First and foremost, if your child is sick or showing any symptoms of being sick, please keep them home.
  • Limited to 50% max occupancy. During this time our 50% occupancy within the building would be 40.
  • 6 ft. distance maintained at all times. Studios are clearly marked with 6’ social distancing decals.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot allow any parents or other individuals into the building other than registered students.
  • Masks or other facial coverings that cover the nose and mouth must be worn by all students and faculty while in the studio building.
  • Health screening form completion weekly.
  • Daily temperature taking upon entry to the studio. Anyone demonstrating a temperature of 100.4 or higher will be unable to attend or enter the building.
  • Hand sanitizing upon entering the building.
  • Payments per installment should be placed in an envelope and sent in with your child. Please make sure we are in receipt of your payment.
  • We ask that all students come prepared in leotard and tights so that they do not need to use the dressing rooms. Ballet slippers, pointe shoes, jazz, and tap shoes should be put on in the studio. Please do not wear dance shoes on the sidewalk or in the parking lot area. All dancers are asked to bring a labeled water bottle with their first and last names. Students will not have access to either the water fountain or the microwave, as they are a high contact surface. Bathrooms will be available for use, but we ask you to please use yours prior to coming into the studio, to assist us in cleaning after each class. I/A 1 through Advanced dancers please bring their own beach towel or large bath towel for Conditioning, Jazz, and Modern classes. All attire, towels, and shoes must leave the studio with your child/dancer daily!!

What We're Doing

Studios are sanitized before and in between each class, as well as all common areas and restrooms. Weekly industrial disinfection is done on our studio dance flooring. Windows are opened, weather permitting for air circulation. Close attention is paid to all high-touch areas including door handles, light switches, railings, and entry ways.
