Special Performing Opportunities

Dance Centre North is entering it's “19th” year of being selected by the Moscow Ballet to be the host school for their family favorite “The Nutcracker”. Over 1,100 students from Dance Centre North have performed with this outstanding international company. Also in December, “The Adventures of Rudolph” Directed by Deborah Boughton, will be presented with the students of Dance Centre North at the John H. Mulroy Civic Center through the Cultural Resource Council. Dance Centre North also performs annually at the “Festa Italiana” celebration held in downtown Syracuse and collaborates with “M&M & Friends” musicians presenting a Concert Evening of Dance & Music to benefit “Charity for Children”. Dance Centre North is also working to further develop and present their original ballet “The Wizard of Oz”, in the coming year.
