Summer Class Schedule
This year Dance Centre North is giving the opportunity to all of our dancers to assist The Smile Train surgeons in their quest to help children with clefts receive the life-changing surgery they need. Each month beginning in October and finishing in June of 2010 we will have "No Uniform Day". On this designated day all dancers may contribute $1.00 (or more) to have the choice of wearing any color leotard and tights that day. All other class days of the month will reuiqre our usual black leotard and pink tights. All money collected will be given to the Smile Train. There are numerous deserving charities but we felt this one would be a cause donated by children for children. The designated weeks for 2010 are as follows:
January 18-23
February 22-27
March 22-27
April 12-17
May 17-22
June 7-12
Closings: If the Syracuse City Schools and North Syracuse Schools are closed because of the weather and there are weather advisories, then Dance Centre North will be closed. If the Syracuse City Schools and North Syracuse Schools are closed but the weather is fine in the afternoon, then there will be dance that day. If all afterschool activities are closed because of the weather, then Dance Centre North will be closed. A message will be left on the answering machine at Dance Centre North when dance classes will be closed due to the weather. |
